We will only accept patients living within our defined practice area; details are available in reception.
To register at the practice, please visit the surgery and fill a registration form.
Please give us a minimum of 48 hours for your registration to be processed before contacting us.
You have the right to to express a preference of practitioner and you can do so by informing a member of staff at the practice or emailing the practice on: admin.penylan@wales.nhs.uk
However please note, should you require care on a day your preferred practitioner is not available, you will be reallocated to another.
